On the 15th of Nov. ESCN organized a programme to honour a renowned doctor, Dr. Jeevan Prakash Rai for his work in homeopathy and his contribution in the area of medicine in the Eastern region of Nepal. The police incharge of Sitaganj police station, Sanjay Yadav was also honoured for his active contribution in the area.

This was also an opening ceremony for this year’s picnic season in Shantiban, which was marked by the launch of a new boat, in the canal around the picnic spot. It is capable of carrying 20 people at a time
