After much anticipation, finally the waiting is over. Although the exhibit was open to public from August 4th, the official inaguration of the program ‘from ESCN to the Moon’ was on August 6th. A representative from the National Academy of Science & Technology Somkanta Lamichane was the chief guest for the program.

The program was a success, glorified by the media as a historic step in the field of Science and Technology in Nepal. The program also saw a very eager and unexpected group of audience come and visit the Lunar sample. Senior citizens very eager to see a part of the Moon they have been worshipping their whole life were among the list.
